Wild Horses
On an island in the sun
wild ponies are free to run.
The indignity of man
They swim to the main land.
Once a year in July
under a warm summer sky
People gather all around.
No space in the water can be found.
boats and people everywhere
The babies struggle to keep up with the mares.
Out of the channel lead down a street
lead to corrals in humble defeat.
The young are sold
to the the highest bidder I`m told.
Back to the isand the other ones go
The last indignity of man is showed.
The young ones looking for their mothers
No reply not even an utter.
