Wild Horses
Wild Horses
You told me your favorite color is orange.
You dropped by and I opened up the door.
You have a keen eye for detail.
With a sharp eye, your artwork is surreal.
Your color schemes are very detailed.
You could paint a wagon wheel.
I’m glad I had a chance to get to know ya more.
I had a great workout, so I’m kinda sore.
Maybe your favorite thing to paint would be a horse.
On a journey with art, we both have a goal to work towards.
I like old fashion movies like Lilies in the Field.
I enjoyed our conversation as new things were revealed.
We both strive with discipline and hard work.
Soon it will be the 4th of July with colorful fireworks.
You are like a mandarin garnet.
Past the horizon just like a sunset.
Just like an awesome painting, in a silhouette,
Horses run free in the wind like a jet.
I like the old western times.
An old soul is sometimes hard to find.
Down here in the south, we say howdy.
I like the clean air after it rains when it’s cloudy.
Thankyou for taking time out to say hi.
Just like a bird that is free to fly.
