Why Should I

I have no need to search for paradise, heaven.
To glean the stars for stardust, moonbeams
and angels singing. Or for early dawns filling
my eyes with beauty and colour, the heady
sound of birdsong. Why crave the glowing
sunsets or settle for fictitious dreams in the
promise of night. Why hold hands with
fleeting love, why search when these eyes
hold all in the form of you.

To find beauty and paradise when you are with someone special is the greatest feeling of all, Daniel. I find great joy and peace in nature, too. Love, Carolyn
