why me

Took one sip,
Turned into a slip,
Why did I do this,
Seven months in,
This is what they call a sin,
No one is harder on me,
Than me,
Crying while you smile,
Cause it wasn't you,
That made me feel like this,
This is not it,
Lets just sit,
Being here is closer to home,
Cause I don't feel alone,
Alone has became me,
Don't know what to see,
Or believe,
I put my whole life around my recovery,
But now I'm someone other,
Like a kid on the news,
Stuck feeling in the blues,
It's a lose,
lose.
I'd be lying if I said I was fine,
But every time I call out,
You decline.
