Why I Live

Ok just go
Say what you must
You know it’s not you
That I do not trust

It’s me in these moments
Where I feel so weak
Without you here
How could I speak?

You are the air
That fills in my lungs
You are the breath
The taste on my tongue

You are the sent
That strikes in my nose
The smell witch won’t leave
It never goes

You are the warmth
That’s on my skin
The lightning strikes
So it begins

Listen here now
I cannot lie
Just like the saints
I came to stop by

I can’t just leave you
Because life’s not the same
Without you here
I’d go insane
