Why Fight

Used to Fear the night
Hardest time of my fight
When you feel so much
Sometimes you loose touch
Little things get bigger
Silly things that trigger
Your thoughts you fight
Nothing seems right
Getting up so tired
Maybe just need rewired
Darkness even in the light
On you fight
This is not right
Fighting them demons wears you out inside
Hard to hide
Couldn't take No more
Picking myself off the floor
Decided why fight
Each night
I embraced my pain , my crazy , held it close
Was what I chose
Accepted
Not rejected
Gave up the fight
That's right
Accepted held it close
Then let it go
Didn't know
Without this fight
Each night
Freed me
From the used to be
You just have to understand
Here's a hand
Don't fight
See the light
So much energy you save
Won't lead you to an early grave
Embrace your pain then let it go
The difference will start to show
Just by going with the flow

Hello William Harris, Fighting with your wife or husband does not get you anywhere. It is best to talk it out. No yelling. talk it out before bed. if not resolved then talk in the morning. Enjoy your day my friend. /Darlene\
