Why Do I Do This

I do this
Not for a reward
Not because it's right
And not because I'm bored

I've seen where you could go
It's a long and dangerous road
I'm not one to talk
I'm walking death row

I would wear glass shoes,
To build a bridge just for you.

Happily.
