Why Can'T You?
Why are you constantly trying to hurt me this way?
Why are you constantly denying what I say?
Can't you give in and love me today?
Can't you see why I want you to stay?
Every night here in bed I do lay,
Wondering and wondering if someday you may,
Want to stay here and love me this way.
You're the only one I want,
Or is that not O.K.?
