Why Are We Here

Is planet earth heaven’s waiting room
Are we flowers awaiting to bloom
If we are here meant to love divine
Why the wreak of devil serpentine.

Answers to questions are elusive 
Are we put here to create music
To write poetry to leave behind
Or paint pictures from artistic mind.

Why is there moon and stars in the sky
Why does time so quickly pass us by
Are other humans out there somewhere 
Can someone complete the questionnaire.

I guess we’ll never find reasons why
We are here in the world you and I
Though whilst we’re here we must do our best 
To relish life for it’s God bequest.
