Why

Why are we treated so differently
Are we not all equal and all free
Why do you make us change our ways
And forbid us to speak of our customs and the old ways
You tell us we must learn to be civilized
To be part of your nation and your tribe
The acient ones cry out at what they see
Their people forced to suffer and no longer free
They fear we will forget out customs and the proud people we were
They fear our history will soon be a blurr
To all the nations hear their pleas
Stay together always and let us stand united proud and free

Interesting questions to ask. Sounds like either those questions would cause fights from two different perspectives or they might be a springboard for meaningful conversation.
