Why

I see their faces as they stand in wonder,
and gaze at your scars upon Your return.
They stare at You ,Lord, awed and astonished,
saying ,"It's Him we have mocked
        and we've spurned.
The're saying,"Oh, why, why did we not listen.
    Why did we curse Him,
        why did we flee?
This is the One they worshipped and followed.
    Truly this is the One
that was nailed to the tree."
