Why?

I can’t stay awake 
I’m falling asleep
This dream is getting
Deeper than deep

I dream of her
Like the angel of death
From the moment 
She took my breath

Held it tight 
And wouldn’t let go 
Till this day 
I do not know

Where she is 
And where she went
But in my dream 
A message was sent

She is there 
And waiting for me
Yet where she is
I cannot see

Wondering now 
Why she came to my mind
That is the reason
I’m yet to find
