Why

Why?
Why did you do this.
Sigh.
I ask and you dismiss.
When did it go south?
What was it I did?
Words left your mouth,
Inside, my heart hid.
Why don't you care?
Why do I so much?
Though we were rare.
Now, never to touch.
Never to speak,
You've changed,
My soul is weak,
We're estranged.
No answer for closure,
It was all my fault?
I don't want this to be over,
Broken is now my default.
Why couldn't you try?
Lost and alone.
Bitter tears I cry,
As my heart turns to stone.
