Why

I have been blind all my life, metaphorically, my world full of strife. I could not see what was going on, but cries of help I hear all day long! All I can do is listen to this planets pain, to all who can see I ask, "Are you insane"? wars, hate, discrimination, greed! "Why", I ask, "What does it all achieve"? I am told the world is dying, there is no smoke without fire, or is someone lying? The blind, no, not just me! The whole world, why can't you see?
