Wholeness in Body and Soul
If we make our bodies pure and clean,
More balanced, whole—just as they’re meant to be seen,
No sickness thrives where care is sown,
Through mindful steps, our health has grown.
We strive for strength, for lives made whole,
For wellness dwelling in body and soul,
To ease the weight of pain and strife,
And lessen the burdens that trouble life.
For we are human, flawed within,
Touched by the heavy hand of sin,
Yet called to rise, to stand anew,
With hearts made strong and spirits true.
So we surrender, we choose His way,
Let God’s own will in us hold sway,
Becoming more like Christ each day,
With the power to keep temptation at bay.
For though the enemy seeks to destroy,
To steal our peace and rob our joy,
Through Jesus’ strength we stand our ground,
And send him fleeing when faith is found.
So let us cleanse both flesh and soul,
Make broken spirits restored and whole,
I choose this path—both strong and true…
To live renewed—now what about you?
