Who Wrote This Poem

There was a man:

He Rob the bank

And stole the cash

He shot a tank

And off he dash.

Across the street 

And Into the town

He ran bare feet

Like a funny clown ??

The BBC never saw his face

The radio house never heard his voice

The papers had a blank space

The witness were all false.

Up and coming

I wrote with pen

Now everyone is asking

Who wrote this poem.
