Who Will Stay and Who Will Go

Though the moon is shining brightly,
and the trees are swaying slightly,
still the owl demands to know,
who will stay and who will go.

Who will stay and who will go,
be they friend or be they foe,
betray the truth of man's blood lust,
the sword that glistens as it's thrust.

The sword that glistens as it's thrust,
keeps us from the sacred trust,
when death is sanctioned by the law,
we are murderers, one and all.
