Who Will Give You Away
the golden fish couple eloped near the sea
finding the singing snail, they told him with glee
could you accompany us for our big day?
I’ll do better than that said the priest snail, Gray.
I will sing all the songs, and I will perform the wedding too.
Are others invited or will it just be you two?
We are having a small ceremony, said the blushing bride.
Her husband to be took her arm, and stood by her side.
But who will give you away? Gray Snail Priest said.
It can’t be my parents, she replied. They are both dead.
I will ask my wife, snail priest told them. Here she comes now.
Their wedding on the beach was an absolute wow!
