Who Will

Who will cry for the little girl That's lost and alone? Who will cry for the little girl Whose soul been lost for so long? Who will cry for the little girl Who cries herself to sleep at night? Who will cry for the little girl Who feels so much pain? Who will cry for the little girl Whose feelings get played like a game? Who will cry for the little girl Who feels her life's a living hell? Who will cry for the little girl Whose lost inside of me? Who will love the little girl Like no one loved her before? Who will love the little girl Unlike her father did? Who will love the little girl Whose days are dark and cold? Who will love the little girl and Help her find her soul? Who will love the little girl Inside and out? Who will love the little girl and Help her stop hiding behind her smile Who will love the little girl Whose tears are so plenty, so many? Who will love the little girl That's lost within' me?

I truly enjoy the seeking quality of this lament, Breana; the repetition of the "who will" notions echo with abandon and ardor. Enjoyable work, without doubt! Warm regards, John.

Hi Breana... yes I can relate, if you care to, read "Home of The Hang Man".. there is something very akin to the underlying message here... small things give us clues...... cryptic I know... read the poem and you'll see what I mean.... thanks so much for your comment on "Pulling The Wings Off Of Angels"
