Who I Want To Be

Who am I?

I am a girl,
I am strong,
I am compassionate.
I am, me.

Even then, I am not enough.

I am not accepted,
I am not skinny
I am not wealthy.
I am, unworthy.

People don't know, for which they do not care.

I want to be loved,
I want to be cared about.
I want a good life,
I want, peace.

Yet to this day I can never be, just beautiful me.

I think you are beautiful, and a very sincere person.

A great poem. I always chose to be unique. I didn't care what others thought. I love me no matter what others thought and in the end found what I was looking for. My peace was within me all along. Your poem is very sad. Faith in who you are is better.
