Who Do We Blame?
A child is dying of cancer
Only eight years old
He loves all the attention
But hasn't yet been told
His Grandfather passes away
Only three days ago
His death came from cancer
Yet he still doesn't know
Like it says in the bible
Everyone has to die
But the suffering is great
And no one knows why
How do you tell
A child of just eight
That his grandfather's pain
Will soon be his fate
For now he seems normal
And all things the same
But when one dies so young
Who do we blame?
This story is true
I'm sorry to say
This little boy of eight
Will soon pass away
