Who are we at our Core

We're just a lingering hippie
Still living with our past
We're just a lingering hippie
Still bending sail and mast
We're just an ageing sailor
Still rockin’ on time’s boat
We're just an ageing sailor
Still hearing each vinyl note
We're just a person whose friends are old
Still dancing and wearing tie dye
We're just a person whose friends are old
Still their time remains not nigh.
We're just a lingering hippie
Still seeing with tinted view
We're just a lingering hippie
Still wondering what to do
