Who Am I?
I ask myself am I the me I want to be
Do I project to others only what I want them to see
Will I be proud of the contributions I have made
Have I lived with standards I do not degrade
Do I stand strong for the beliefs I hold dear
Seek strength derived from faith when I'm facing fear
Will I stand with the crowd even if I disagree
Have I strength to hold those values important to me
Can I seek value in the diversity of others views
May I seek understanding I might then use
Allow new ideas to mingle with those I hold
Accept responsible for my choice then remain bold
Will I hold my head high and accept responsibility
Understand who I've become in God's reality
