Who Am I
Who am I
As I look into the sky
One day I'm quiet, and this harmless person
The next day I'm loud, is it because I'm hurting
Deep, Deep down inside
I'm like an angel
Sometimes I don't think before I speak
Why can't I use my keenness everyday throughout the week
Very often, it's like I forget who I am
Is this me?
But when I try to be myself, some people seem to
abuse their authority.
I like all kind, I have nothing against no one
But it seems I'm locked up, and have no freedom
It's not about the color of your skin or
where you come from
It's about who you are, spiritually and mentally
I have a destiny,
To find out who I be
Surely, it's not the rebellious little person that's in my mine
It's the good hearted one, who seems to shine.
Who am I
Who am I
a piece of me shows
when I break down and cry
I'm God's child
I know he loves me,
So I'll hold my head up high,
no matter what critics say
I am who I am,
accept me or go the other way.
I think I've found myself
I am me, you are you,
that bad person that was in me
has actually left.
Even though people try to make seem bad,
a good person is what they should see instead.
