Who Am I#2?

I'm white and shiny
with glass all around
I get held everyday
I'm always getting diffrent coluors everywhere i go
Everbody owns me and wouldn't
sell me for a nickel
I'm very important in your life
you can see me if I'm clean!

WHO AM I?????
