Who Abides

Who abides
Would abide
Though you go for a ride
Now and then
Here and there
Or never
To nowhere

Who abides
Would abide
Sincere or snide
However you speak
Love and eat
Advance
Or retreat

Who abides
Would abide
Whether you follow or guide
Stand up
Weak or strong
Perish now
Or live long

Who abides
Would abide
And take it all in stride
Saintliness and sin
Day and night
And also the
Twilight
