White Winter Wonderland

The laughter of children,
Sings in harmony through the air.
Now is the special season,
With the snow falling everywhere.
Yet still I stay in my "prison",
Sitting here in my wooden chair.

The ringing of bells,
Tinkle cheerfully through the laughs.
Now is the time when elves,
March swiftly clapping their hands.
Yet still I stay in my "cell",
Studying for so called exams.

The flight of the snowball,
The "thump" as if fluffily lands.
Now is the best overall,
Making snow angels with their hands.
Yet my wish isn't tall,
For the white winter wonderland.
