White Winter Memories
Few years ago after the festivities
we got away for a week break away
up in among Scottish Highlands
really enjoyed relaxing cool stay
After first nights sleep in lovely hotel
woke up to fresh covering of snow
after breakfast it hadn't stopped at all
it was getting deeper sparkling aglow
Late morning decided time for a walk
so boots, jacket, scarf and gloves
#on we go to climb the snowy hills
what beautiful sight that one loves
Even up high snow covered all
all so white stunning and clear
trees glistening with flakes so pure
such beauty to behold instantly near
Such white winter memories
of these times up in the snow
one which hope to soon repeat
to snowalk sure blessed to know
