Whispers of Your Soul

They come to me, no time they see
Specially when I am the busiest me
Calm me down with words so clear
Wonder why others cannot hear
Let go….they say, It is okay
Nobody is perfect anyway.

They’re like crumbs left in wake
the end of a devoured chocolate cake
After the laughter has been laughed
Tears shed and worries shared
Bits of love and peace are left behind
Life is wonderful…A whisper reminds

The day is spent and I have listened
To people, friends and family
Now I sit me down with a cup of tea
And just silently listen to me.
