Whispers of Spring

Amidst the chill of winter's parting sigh, The first of daisies dare to dot the glade, As whispered secrets of the springtime nigh, Promise the bloom where snow once softly laid. The robins sing a prelude to the morn, Returning travelers from southern shore. New life in every budding branch is born, And all the world seems brighter than before. The brooks and streams, once trapped by icy hand, Now dance and glisten under vernal sun, Rejoicing as they course through fertile land, Announcing that a new season has begun. Gentle breezes weave through every tree, Carrying scents of flowers yet to bloom. In this embrace of pure serenity, The world awakens, shaking off its gloom. For in the heart of every seed and stone, Lies the magic of rebirth and of play. In the beginning of spring, it's shown: Life's endless cycle will always find its way.
