Whispers of Eternity

In the quiet hush of twilight’s breath,
Where shadows dance with the light,
There lies the gentle touch of death,
A passage from day to night.

No more the pain, no more the strife,
Just whispers of eternity,
A bridge between this fleeting life,
And the boundless, endless sea.

Memories linger, soft and sweet,
In hearts that hold them dear,
For death is but a bittersweet,
A journey, not an end, my dear.

So let us cherish every day,
With love and laughter bright,
For in the end, we find our way,
To peace, beyond the night.
