Whispers In The Night

In the long hours of darkness
A voice comes to me .
In the hushed tones of a whisper,
It tells me of what is to be.
You’re not going , I won’t let it be.
Over and over these words haunted me.
What does it mean that I’m not going?
And who is this voice telling this to me ?
Where am I not going,
And why can’t it be ?
Who is this person who hides in the darkness and whispers in the night?
I dare him to speak to me in his true voice in the daylight!
But know this if it is meant to be,
No one can stop or will stop me.
