Whispers From the Dark Side
Turn it up on your radio sweetheart
And scream loudly to the lyrics
'Cause no one's coming for a start
And nothing new ain't gonna fix it
Change ain't gonna happen
If you don't change your mind
So stop your foot from tappin'
And leave all hope behind
Love is for the ignorant
And they die in misery
So take this instant as a hint
And only care for thee
Don't expect because you'll be disappointed
Since people only act like they care
When you got something to give
Then they'll be there
But you don't want friends like that
You don't deserve to be hurt
So turn around and swing that bat
And kick your feet up in the dirt
You'll always be alone
That's how it's meant to be
So grow yourself a backbone
And forget everybody
Just take and take as you want
And never ever give
You yourself are on this hunt
And YOU must fight to live
