Whispering Past

Poem Written By S. Nadia Azam Shah Bukhari On 27-July-2018. (This poem is about those people who waste precious time in their lives, doing nothing.) Whispering Past The Previous Pages of My Diary are Empty I failed to get the golden keys; And marked behind my Ages Dark, Now it is just a vacuum zone, Which holds nothing, All Golden chances has lost its shine, Just foggy mist, And broken bridge, Hurdles’ burden, all the glitch, No memories, no words, Hollow feelings in the dust, Am I mourning? But mourning for what? In the middle of nowhere, Thousand words are whispering, In the deep ocean they are floating far and wide, I could not get them right, Lacking something very precious that chapter of my life, But what that something is? Thousands of Questions, I am unable to answer a single one, Because from the treasure of Time Surprises, I always used to run, Whenever alone and I look at the past I regret and lament in pensive sadness Mourning in the Gloom How hollow is that room As I am in the Doom Hopelessly swim in the flood of tears Whispering Past The precious pages of my diary are empty I failed to get the golden keys And marked behind my Ages Dark. Poetess S. Nadia Azam Shah Bukhari.
