Whisper On the Wind
There is a whisper on the wind
It came from deep within
I thought I knew
But found I flew
The thinking in the heart abides
And moves on like the rising tides
Everything I ever thought is registered around
Though I thought I kept it, still it’s whispering in sound
Unheard but registered, tolling like a bell
Clearly can’t be hidden traveling, a swell
How can all the things I think escape their cluttered home?
But on unhindered coursing settling they roam
Never hidden, always flowing along the measured way
Let your thoughts have life and goodness to brighten every day
They whisper to creation and whisper to your friends
Always open, never hidden, can they make amends?
Remember all the things you’re thinking in your time
And let them create the goodness that should be in the rhyme
