Whisky

The ember of my soul now diffused, I lack the concentration now being severely confused, Walking alone on the pavement of my life With your absence being my own doing and my own strife. I chose to leave because that was for the best And yet there's no comparison to you among the rest, They may resemble your glee and solemnity But in truth they're all lies I tell to myself to fake my glee. I'm a man currently on my own mission To fulfill my own dire ambition, Yet the most difficult reality I have to face Is that without you I may never ever finish this race.
