Which Way.
You called to me,
Away my face did turn,
Away from the embrace of your love,
Pulled by the grasp of darkness.
The wide road. So easy to follow.
Twisting and turning as I please it.
Yet against my will, down and down it flows.
Falling into the darkness that swallows it.
The narrow road. From which it's so easy to stray,
Through the tangle of wide roads it weaves,
Rising higher and higher, with sheer drops to guide my way.
Yet, as I stare guarding angels shine on and will do till the sun does not.
