Which Are You?

Oft, I wander
O'er pebbled ground
Wondering
If all life I've found
Pebbles in color
of varied size
That surely
make me realize
Mystery will remain
Man may differ
Yet be the same

Some are smooth
To welcome hand
Others, coarse
As a stroll in sand
Far and curious
Eye can see
Pebbles
Of humanity
Much as I strive
To find a clue
I must ask

Which are you?
