Whether Your Weather
Whether your weather
Is chilly or hot,
Most people get used to
The climate they’ve got.
If heat is your thing,
Be it humid or dry,
You don’t mind the schvitzing,*
Though I don’t know why.
But if you like winter,
With sleet, ice and snow,
You couldn’t care less
If it’s seven below.
I guess there are some
Who may move out of state
If they live where the weather
Is something they hate.
For those with four seasons,
We get to complain
Only part of the year
When the temps are a pain
Which for me, means the summer
And days like today
When I hope Mother Nature
Will lure them away.
