Where I Would Be
IF you could close your eyes and click your heels where would you be?
With the breeze in my hair while the sun shines brightly.
Echos of waterfalls can be heard in the far off distance.
Not a person to be found for hundreds of miles around.
The sounds the waves make coming in and going out.
Provides a relaxation and peacefulness the soul needs to hang on.
Birds sign their songs for the world to hear.
As I sit writing for all to read.
There’s no other place I’d rather be than
sitting on a beach in the tropical lands, is where you’d find me.
