Where I Will Stay

No need did I feel I had to wander alone,
I had found you and a place where I belonged.
No longer did I struggle along the path of life,
I had your hand to guide me through the darkness and into the light.
Gone were all those doubts and fears,
You replaced them all and ceased my tears.
We face the life before us each day,
With love and happiness until that day
That day took my world and life away,
It left me alone again and I have lost my way.
Once again I wander alone, lost and afraid and nowhere do I belong
I lost my heart and soul that winter day
And lost in this darkness and it’s where I will stay
