Where did my life go?
I used to have a path
I used to have a care
I used to have a dream
But I am nowhere close to there
Where did my life go?
I used to have goals
I used to have a plan
I used to look forward
But now I no longer can
Where did my life go?
I used to wake with a smile
I used to laugh till I cried
I used to have a good life
But my good life has died
Where did my life go?
I used to try and press on
I used to fight to make it through
I used to try and hold on
But there is nothing left…
…Without you
