Notes About The Poem

Where Are We Headed

The thoughts we entertain when we’re alone mostly greed of what we seek to acquire, which ego refines, attempting to hone, doomed to self-destruct in destiny’s fire, for our fears shroud each object we aspire. Thus, oh weary hermit, choose cessation, choosing deep peace by heart’s resonation, negating all cravings that are transient, at all times in joyous celebration, ensconced thus in the vibrant bliss current. 02-April-2022
