When You Look Inside My Eye

When you look inside my eye,
Can you see what makes me cry,
The heart of me;
The part of me
That always wants to die.
When you look inside my eye,
Can you see the reason why
The art of me
Starts to be
The reason I get by.
When you look inside my eye,
You can see, when you pry,
This dart in me,
Just set me free,
From the fear that made me lie.
