When You Let Me Go

You let me go when I sadly cried,

You said you are sick when I so tried,

When you let me go, I’ve learned to stand.

Love can’t be back like those hairs of strand.

You let me go because you gave me up,

You said you want space and we gave it up.

When you let me go, my life has changed.

My life goes on in a midst of strange.

6:26 in the evening when you texted me,

You want me to be back in your arms of lee.

When you let me go, I cried it out loud.

My love was vanished like an echo in crowd.

It’s too late for us to be together,

Love can't be the same and would not last forever.

When you let me go, I said to myself,

“I can’t be with you again because I love myself!”
