When You Are In Doubt

Do not speak a word
if you doubt there is no shelter for it
Do not offer the hand of friendship
If you feel the weight of a previous disappointment

Do not walk the streets we used to once just to feel
The feeling that we abandoned in the loneliness of the first letter
Unknown, unprotected
Just like the dried branch of a tree

When you are in doubt for the one you wait
Do not step ahead
Do not let the thoughts evolve in vain
Because they'll never be calm again….

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.
