When We Truly Travel
Are you looking; are you seeking far into the light?
Eternity awaits beyond the garden gate
Can you see the galaxies far beyond the night?
Swirling in the firmament in their living state
Far beyond the present reach of man
Who is looking out and reaching for the stars
But soon we’ll fly beyond the blue, we can
Faster than the speed of light, no longer limited by cars
We’ll search out planets and places far away
There are other people living, don’t you know?
And we will find them in that great day
When we truly travel, when we really go
