When the Butterflies Speak

What if the butterflies speak? Will they say verses About those tenebrous days peak They endured inside chrysalis? Will they lament Thinking of the caterpillar wasted days where the times they just spent Only on eating, pooping, and around,to laze? Will they cry enunciating the efforts they did While confronting the birds flying high Or do they show the obscure places to hide? What would they say? They perhaps swiftly sway To prove that they don't have time to convey; Ain't they born just to relish the present second? And also visiting the flowering lands fecund? Ergo they have no voice All they do is rejoice

I like this one. It seems that they are only designed to be. They are not doings but are just in the present moment where they are placed at that particular time. I do enjoy seeing them in the garden. Your visit to my page was uplifting. Sara

A well-thought about title, as well as a fluently flowing poetry. "What would they say? They perhaps swiftly sway To prove that they don't have time to convey; - Great imaginations.

Butterflies are one of my very favorite things and I plant things in my garden to draw them here. Great job. God Bless, JB

Outstanding profound writing, dearest Supraja. Any butterfly should be grateful to the chrysalis days for without them would never have become a butterfly! Hugs xxx
