When Silver Became Gold

The world came to a stand still
And when the fog cleared
It was then you appeared
I knew you were god sent
I was expecting an offering
But you were defined as a true gift
Your presence played an orchestra
That was not to be ignored
And on this ship I was eager to board
The trees played the beat
And the winds sang the songs
It was a complete band with two hearts
Beating as one drum
A mountain we will climb
And at the top we will peak
The clouds will clutch us like silk sheets
The sun will rise as we announce our love
The moment will be remembered and told
That this day will remain the holiday
When silver became gold.
