When Silence Speaks

In the darkness of the night, when silence speaks
It whispers secrets that only the soul seeks
In the stillness, where words fail to convey
The truth of our hearts finds a way to say
In the quiet moments, our fears and doubts
Are shouted out by the words we don’t shout
The hidden truths in the depths of our minds
Are uncovered by silence, so gentle and kind
When silence speaks, it tells of love and pain
Of joy and sorrow, loss and gain
It speaks of dreams that never die
In the silence, we find our true selves
